Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Package Item

  Place the item in its original packaging or a secure box and attach the shipping label.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location. Refunds are processed within 5-7 days of receipt.
